Thanks so much for the calendar, John! We have the identical photo of John Wayne’s birthplace with Jim standing in front of it that we took on our way home from Omaha last year. Did you know that the county is also Madison County where the book “Bridges of Madison County” took place? We really enjoy the calendar and appreciate all the work you put in it. Best of all, it makes us excited for new adventures on our Harley.
Thanks again. Jim and Gayle
PS: Love the website, too!
What a delight! Thanks so much for sharing the stories and pictures, a great respite on a nasty cold winter night….the calendar as always is fabulous and greatly enjoyed, it’s already up in the permanent ‘ John’s calendar’ spot on the refrigerator. Hope to see you soon!

The Calendars are here, the calendars are here! Love the annual John calendar & the website 🙂
I’m glad to hear that! THANKS!!
Wouldn’t be a complete year without our authentic Big Bad John calendar!
Can’t wait for you guys to tour a Mudwrestling event
:-)xx
John – I was cleaning out some comments on my old blog site and came across a comment you left me back in 2011. I was one of the dual sport bikers you ate dinner with in Utah, Sept 2011. My buddy Tom and I were riding the Trans America dual sport trail (OK to OR). Though its very late – thought I drop a line and tell you that I enjoyed talking to you over dinner. Looks like you are still racking up the miles on the Harley. Tom and I along with 3 other rode the CO section of the trail again this last Sept – it was a blast. When I got back to TX from that trip I loaded the bike on a trailer, loaded up the dogs and drove to Anchorage, AK where the wife and I now live. Looking forward to some good riding up here when the ice gets off the rode. If you find yourself up here give me a shout. – Matt matthoyt@hotmail.com
Thanks for the annual calendar 2015…I live vicariously through your adventures. Hope to see you in Sturgis. Nice website!
